Artisan at work: Making miniature ships in bottles

Miniature shipbuilder Gabrielle Rogers will be working live in Sala degli Arazzi, demonstrating the fabrication of four miniature ship models. The artisan will showcase the different stages of ship construction, with particular attention given to putting a ship into a bottle. Her table will resemble that of her own workshop, which will allow the observer to appreciate the intricate and delicate nature of building these miniature models.
