Prickly pears, cockerels, the typical pumo, but also artichokes, pots and amphorae; the ceramic world of Enza Fasano revisits Apulian tradition with a contemporary eye, which widens the horizon for endless possibilities of shapes, patterns and colours. Enza Fasano has the ceramic tradition in her genes: she is not only Nicola Fasano’s daughter, but she’s also Francesco Fasano’s granddaughter, both esteemed and well known masters of ceramic art in Grottaglie. Enza inherited from them her love for ceramics and its infinite creative potential.

From the early age of 12, Enza was already interested in painting and in the lathe. The family tradition continues, with Enza’s daughter Giovanna now designing her own collection. Each artefact created in the workshop is handmade and expresses detail, symbolising a particular place and regional identity. The balance between design, innovation and the careful selection of materials is of great importance. The pieces are a result of years of craftsmanship, expertise and perfecting their mastery of this ancient craft.
