Based in the heart of Paris, jewellery maker Thierry Vendome creates unique contemporary pieces, revealing the aesthetic power of the materials. From his traditional knowledge, he masters raw and unusual materials, such as rust, which has become one of his signature products. Thierry learned the essence of the craft alongside his father, the artist-jeweller Jean Vendome, who is considered a pioneer of contemporary jewellery. Through his expertise, Thierry likes to break the order, to question the asymmetry, to cross materials, periods and genres. Initiating new dialogues. His creations also sometimes resonate with current topics that arouse his interest.

This pendant that can be transformed into a brooch symbolizes a flight of foam composed of white baroque pearls on a golden sandy beach. Gold material is made from micro grains of gold with Thierry’s own technique called gold-sand.
