The Burren Perfumery was established in 1972 and is Ireland’s oldest perfumery. It is a family company, and is run at a small scale. Products are made in small batches, usually 30 to 50 units at a time. They don’t hold large stocks of products, choosing instead to manufacture only as needed. This helps to avoid waste, in-line with their environmentally friendly ethos. It also means everything is made with care, by hand at the perfumery.
