As a student of industrial design at the University of Munich I participated in Volvo company competitions on 'Women in sport'. For the competition, I designed bracelets that also worked as training weights. A travelling exhibition resulted in my first customers and thanks to this, I opened up my business while I was still studying.

The traditional talismans that work with the wearer's energy greatly influence my views on jewellery. It also fascinates me that jewellery alters the wearer when they wear it, giving them strength, luck, or protection. A combination of this idea and contemporary trends are often the inspiration for new creations.

In my opinion, the best part of my work is making people happy. I always enjoy meeting people who wear my jewellery and who tell me their stories about it, such as the specific circumstances or the significance of a particular piece. This gives me a special connection to others in this moment.

Collaborating with him was a wonderful experience. I met Mr. Schön at an evening event and told him about my favourite perfume. I only had a very small sample of it left. It turned out that he was the one who had created it! Several days later, he mailed me a whole bottle. Then together we had the idea to develop a fragrance to complement my creations, something reminiscent of gold and silver.
