This blue sculptural glass piece was cast and then coldworked. The finished piece was placed on a metal support. It was commissioned by the Confartigianato as a gift to Pope Francis on the occasion of his visit to Turin during the Ostensione della Shroud. Chiara Ferraris worked with metalworker Andrea Scarpellini to create the piece.

This stained glass window, using techniques inherent to Tiffany-style glass, was created for the Church of Santa Maria di Testona in Moncalieri. The stained glass window features a portrait of the Virgin Mother created in coloured glass. This contrasts with the colourless glass of the background, creating a halo effect around her.

This large circular glass piece is an autobiographical work. It was a colossal undertaking in terms of the technical expertise needed to render the details. The form was achieved by casting, melting and stratifying eight layers of glass that were hand cut and painted. The piece was placed on a wooden support. It depicts passion, joy, pain and labour, united by a mirrored heart in which Chiara Ferraris sees Purgatory.
