Fallani Venezia

Silk screen-printing

In his father's footstepsFallani Venezia’s story started in 1968, when Fiorenzo Fallani had his first experience of this new printing technique coming from the United States. After participating in the 35th Biennale d’Arte in Venice in 1970, he worked with artists from all over the world. His son Gianpaolo followed in his father’s footsteps: now he is the family's expert in screen-printing. Over the years, Gianpaolo has worked in other sectors of the family business, but in 2012 he took over the workshop and now works there exclusively. He continues to seek out collaborations with international contemporary artists offering residencies, training courses and hands-on experiences that foster an exchange of skills, knowledge and ideas.
