Back A contemporary glance

Arts and crafts have always been interactive in the past, but crafts can have an impact on contemporary art as well. See “Made in Kyoto” at Palazzo Amalteo, an exhibition by Kimiko Yoshida, who collaborated with Japanese artisans to create a series of kakejiku, traditional hanging scrolls; look at the artworks by Georg Baselitz displayed in dialogue with Palazzo Grimani and visit the Maurizio Donzelli Solo Show at Marignana Arte, including drawings, mirrors and tapestries.
