A exclusive dining experience

The gourmet restaurant is situated in the city of Nový Bor town within the Novotný Glass complex. Hut - Furnace opened in 2008 and has since received numerous awards in different competitions such as the Grand Restaurant Festival – Maurer´s Choice. Its interior decorated by world-renowned artists is the result of the Bořek Šípek project. Visitors can watch through the glass wall the activities in the glassworks from one of the 70 seats. Choose from à la carte or the chef can compose a special menu for you. From garlic or mushroom soup, slowly roasted pork knee in beer to roasted duck with dumplings, each dish reflects Bohemian cuisine.
