The two-tier tazza centrepiece is handcrafted from six scallop-shell dishes mounted onto a stand of oyster shells and antique coral. The shells used in this piece are recycled from fish restaurants. The work is inspired by similar baroque pieces where the original stand holding the shell dish has been crafted from silver or gold metalwork.
