The sculptural vessel is hand-raised from shakudō and alloy from gold and copper into a soft curvaceous form. The Dance in The Night Sky is decorated with an inlay of 7,777 “stars” made from 18-carat green gold and silver. The design for this piece is inspired by the aurora borealis seen close to the Arctic Circle, which left a strong impression on the artisan.
