Taking inspiration from Venetian architecture, the majestic palace turned international gallery of modern art overlooking the Grand Canal lends its name to the Ca’ Pesaro seat. The building's architectural design features a brocade of diamond-shaped stones covering the lower part of its façade, creating geometric shadows with dramatic three-dimensional effects. This pattern has been replicated in the design of the solid wood stool, which features a secret chamber topped by a cushion covered in a finely patterned velvet textile woven by Luigi Bevilacqua, a historically celebrated Venetian weavers' workshop.
