Artisan at work: Violin making

Luthier Paris Andrew will be working live in Sala degli Arazzi, showcasing her craftsmanship. Paris will create a violin that will serve as a love letter to Venice. The violin is a Santo Seraphin model, after the famous Venetian luthier, and the sound holes will be reimagined in the form of the ferò da pròva. The luthier will be cutting the purfling channel into the back of the violin and carving the scroll.
