Artisan at work: Sicilian puppetry
Sicilian puppetry master Daniel Mauceri will be working live in Sala degli Arazzi, demonstrating his craftsmanship. Daniel will showcase the many different stages of handmaking a puppet, from creating and painting a papier mâché mask, to chiselling the reinforcement parts from metal.
