Artisan at work: Handbuilding ceramic vases

Ceramicist Maja Frendrup will be working live in Sala degli Arazzi, showcasing her craftsmanship. Maja will demonstrate how locally gathered materials like sand and pebbles are used in her ceramic vases. She will also demonstrate how she creates the characteristic fragile porcelain structure on the surface of her hand-built vases.
