The origins of Moleria Locchi date back to the end of the 1800s when, in the historic centre of Florence - the San Frediano district - an artisan workshop was created to produce beautiful glasses required for luxury ships and hotels. Since then, Moleria Locchi has produced tableware and interior decoration items: each object is made following the ancient techniques of glassblowing and refined through careful grinding and engraving processes, performed strictly by hand.
An important role of Moleria Locchi is restoration. In the workshop master artisans restore items to their original condition, including glasses, cups, centerpieces, frames, ampoules and precious Murano glass chandeliers. Their crystal objects, signed one by one, are now found both in prestigious modern residences and in ancient palaces and are dedicated to those who – in Italy and abroad – love true craftsmanship, which has always been synonymous with the 'made in Italy' label.
