Founded in 1771 in Laglio, on Lake Como, the shipyard Ernesto Riva is a historical Italian brand, specialised in the design, building, maintenance, restoration and storage of all types of wooden boats: rowing, sailing and motor ones, from the Larian “lucia” to the electric yachting. They merge traditional craftsmanship with the most innovative technologies, with an eye on the environment.

Under the guidance of Daniele Riva, the shipyard has come to the eighth generation of the family. The production unit has recently been moved to Maslianico, near Cernobbio and not far from the “Sciostra”, the historic seat of Laglio, that now, completely renovated, has become ER Concept, a meeting point and a small museum where culture, research and history come together.
