  • • Uta reinterprets porcelain figurines
  • • She uses new techniques such as 3D printing
  • • She gives other artists access to her porcelain facilities

With her colourful and exquisite animals, Uta Koloczek reinterprets classic porcelain figurines. Similarity to nature is not her main concern; eccentricity and exaggeration are the qualities that give these creatures their charm and distinction. Her appreciation for details can be seen in the elaborate hand painted gold patterns and underglaze decoration.
