Where local traditions meet timeless design

Founded in 2019, by Daniela Kytková, the design concept store vPRIESTORe was transformed from an old pawn shop into a creative space that strives to be a unique experience of itself. Art aficionados can fully immerse themselves into local Slovak art where free expression, bold experimentation, and modern timeless design meet the old, pure and authentic. Each month a different artist or designer showcases singular handmade jewellery, sculptures, ceramics or furniture in the shop window giving passers by a spotlight on some of the local talent and craftsmanship, which they can experience from the street. If they feel inspired to turn their hand to some of these crafts, the store also runs art workshops for adults seeking creative ways to unleash their imagination.
