A celebration of Irish craft

Located in the heart of the charming city of Lisburn, Northern Ireland, R-Space Gallery is an exhibition space as well as an activity hub. Housed in The Linen Rooms, the gallery is intertwined with Ireland’s history of linen production. The displayed works by artists and makers investigate materials and methods, why they are used, the messages they convey and how they are presented. Through activities, the gallery aspires to increase access, enjoyment and understanding of contemporary crafts, visual arts and design to a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds and invite its visitors to explore the exhibited objects.
