The Manufacture Daum is internationally renowned for its fine crystal and glassware creations. Established in 1878 in Nancy, it has been linked to the French town ever since: keeping its production here to this day, it is closely connected to the famous Ecole de Nancy, pioneer movement of the Art Nouveau style in France. The Ecole and the manufacturer brought together artisans and designers still widely renowned in glassware and design. The Daum glassware and crystal pieces are now the subject of a permanent collection in the Musée des beaux-arts de Nancy.
With more than 600 pieces, the collection is one of a kind and the biggest display of Daum pieces worldwide. The selection of art pieces presents the history of the factory through its production, from its beginnings in the 1880s to the creations of the 1990s. Longevity and creativity are the characteristics of the manufacturer that has developed its production over the years, making the name Daum an institution and proven reference.
