Hovhannes Sharambeyan Museum of Folk Arts is a unique beacon of national culture. The museum's collection includes works of art of wood, stone, metal, ceramic, lace, embroidery, rugs and carpets. The works of folk art hold unique cultural values of almost all historical-ethnographic regions of Armenia and the stages of its development. The museum organises exhibitions: solo exhibitions of the works of folk masters, as well as international exhibitions of decorative-applied art and it strives to preserve endangered crafts.
