From silver to glass

Montan gallery was established in 1992 by gallerists Lasse and Claus Montan. Since 2005, the gallery has been located in central Copenhagen at Bredgade Street, an area considered to be the spot where top-quality arts and crafts both of Danish and international origin can be found. Today, the gallery is run by Claus Montan and it has a permanent collection made up of a large selection of works by its represented artists, and hosts three to five temporary exhibitions annually. Principally it presents modern silver crafts, glass art and contemporary wood craft by leading artists from Denmark and abroad.
