Contemporary Czech design

Opened in 2021, the Designshop Moravská galerie is located in the Moravian Gallery Museum of Applied Arts in Brno and offers award-winning, exclusive and limited collections of leading Czech design icons such as Rony Plesl, Jiří Pelcl, Lucie Koldová, Eva Eisler and Maxim Velčovský. The interior layout is regularly redesigned and updated to match the gallery’s exhibition programme. A permanent section of the gallery is dedicated to special publications and catalogues from past exhibitions, as well as a wide range of art books. Designshop Moravská galerie represents a meeting point between an exhibition space and a gallery shop.
