Launched by Amélie Seydoux and Bernard Jordan in 2008 on Auguststrasse, the heart of the arty and touristic neighbourhood of Berlin-Mitte, the gallery Jordan/Seydoux has ever since had an emphasis on contemporary drawings and prints, especially formats which provide artists with an opportunity to experiment with printing techniques and thereby open up new fields of creativity. The works are the result of a close and subtle collaboration between artist and printmaker. The selection features a wide range of fine artworks across styles including geometric, minimalist, figurative and baroque. In 2018 the gallery closed its exhibition space and now works mainly online, but the portfolio can be viewed on appointment or during pop-up exhibitions.
