Inaugurated in 2019, Galerie La Verrière is the result of a public effort to preserve and promote the diversity of craftsmanship. The gallery hosts a dozen skilled artisans including lighting maker Henri Bursztyn, interior designer François Mascarello, ceramicist Audrey Jezic and leatherworker Hélène Pierucci. Here you can discover ancient crafts such as metal chiselling exemplified by Mahshid Danaei or gilding practised by Christine Avenet, alongside modern designs and innovative materials such as composite stone used by Pierre Gouazé. Take a stroll around this Art Deco inspired covered passage to experience cultural heritage in motion and perhaps chance upon the delicate restoration of a 17th century painting by Claire Ducluzeau.
