Soapstone Griddle

The round griddle is handmade by lathe-turning a block of soapstone. It is bound with two copper handles to enable it to be held easily. Ideal for cooking meat, fish, vegetables, and even pizza, it allows for natural and healthy cooking, and enhances the flavours in food.
