Learn the secrets of hot enamelling

This masterclass is enchanting: just observing the artisan putting their work in the kiln and witnessing the colour transformations is mesmerising. Irina Shabut invites you into her workshop, where you will make an item of hot enamelled jewellery under her supervision. During the experience you will discover some of the many secrets of this art: for example, why the red colour palette is the most unpredictable, or why each piece has to be fired at least five times.
