Learn to write in brush calligraphy

From 2 hours Max 10 people40 euros per person per lesson

Brush calligraphy is a form of calligraphy that is made with a brush pen or a traditional brush. The brush, traditionally more characteristic of Chinese calligraphy, has found its way into the culture of the Latin alphabet, where its flexible characteristics, or those of a special marker, have made it easy to adapt one's handwriting skills to brush calligraphy scripts. In this workshop, you will learn the concise history of brush writing and italic scripts, the basics of brush calligraphy and how to use a special brush marker. You will try your hand at writing the structure and alphabet of the script and apply the knowledge you have gained to your own personal handwriting. Linas' course is presented as four lectures, each lasting 2 hours.
