    Forging a sculpture

    Have you ever wanted to try your hand at the traditional craft of blacksmithing? One of the UK’s leading female artist blacksmiths, Jenny Pickford, offers bespoke courses for individuals or small groups interested in gaining a basic understanding of iron-forging. After a private tour of her sculpture garden in Herefordshire, Jenny will introduce you to the design process before you learn the skills to craft your own item, such as a table lamp, small water feature or candlestick. This half day course is designed for beginners who have little or no experience of blacksmithing.
