Make an ancient ring with brass

1.5 hours Max 10 people4 euros per person

Under the guidance of the museum’s founder, experienced blacksmith and metal restorer Dionyzas Varkalis, you will learn how to make a ring. You will perform a fun task requiring some effort, patience and diligence to create a simple yet delicate ring, similar to rings made by ancient Balts. The museum will provide you with materials and tools to help you learn how to use cold forging for brass, how to form a ring and how to adjust it to your finger. Brass is a flexible metal that is easy to work with, even for those who have never encountered metalworking before.
