Hear a thorough explanation of the site’s history and the different techniques involved in the weaving and dyeing process. The tour ends in the main hall of Ábbatte where you can enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking the spectacular Sierra de Guadarrama. Traditional meat or vegetable stews, soups, salads and seasonal vegetables are served along with Rioja wine. Dessert choices include strawberry or lemon tart, pears baked with cream and red wine, and a selection of pastries made by different convents in the area.
