Create your own fabric

4 hours Max 3 people180 euros per person

The course is for anyone who is interested in learning the basics of the ancient art of weaving with the vertical loom for tapestries and carpets. It is held by Patrizia Polese inside her workshop, working with her looms, using various materials she tried out in her creation over the years. Beginning from warping, Patrizia will teach the different steps required to design a fabric from start to finish, through ancient and contemporary techniques. The experience is also intended to recover wellbeing and creativity through the pleasure of handiwork. At the end the participants will take home the fabric they made.
