This monumental 2 metre-high sculpture is composed of 60,000 handmade pieces of ceramic. Each piece is turned one by one by Grégoire and individually enamelled using a variety of green shades chosen from the Manufacture de Sèvres palette. Densely assembled, these ceramic pieces resemble a marine inflorescence – similar yet each completely unique, almost like living beings.
