Eutaxia Myrtifolia

The Parian porcelain conical cylinder is cast from a mould decorated with stained slip applied through syringes. The sculpture has been polished and finished with overglazes. Eutaxia Myrtifolia is inspired by the artisan's observation of nature. Eugenio aims to explore the relationship between order and chaos through optical illusions, colours and textures, based on theories of light and perception.
