Roger&Sons is a team of ethical makers and mavericks who craft fine furniture and thoughtful objects. The atelier was founded in 1999 to manufacture system furniture for offices. Their work is driven by inquiry and spans disciplines: furniture, industrial and product design, as well as woodworking. Over the years, the focus on sustainability and social responsibility has become core beliefs that drive the team.
In 2014, Roger was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. His three sons – Morgan, Lincoln and Ryan – decided to take over the declining business, determined to continue their father’s legacy. Understanding the shift in customers’ wants and needs, the brothers had to adapt and restructure the business model. They rebranded the company Roger&Sons and focused on creating custom bespoke furniture. The team makes functional furniture and objects that last and serve a clear purpose, by getting to the root of the issue and solving it from there.
