Ragna grew up west of Hamburg, where she still lives and works. The Gutschow family has been involved with craftsmanship and aesthetics for generations. Ragna's grandfather was the architect Konstanty Gutschow, her sister is a goldsmith, and her father Halvor Gutschow was a well-known furniture maker whose company specialised in decorating famous yachts and ships. He was also responsible for the interior design of some villas under the direction of the star architect Caeser Pinnau. Ragna did her three-year apprenticeship in her father's company and then worked there for another year as a journeyman. Aged 27, when she was pregnant with her daughter, she decided to became self-employed.

Pearwood desk

The table offers a large work surface with an embedded leather writing top and a sliding tray for a laptop, the side compartment is also lined with leather to keep the laptop safe. For pens and small utensils, there is a recess in the back of the worktop, as well as slots to serve as card holders. The table has four drawers which are also lined with leather and have subdivisions.

Pearwood cabinet

The cabinet impresses with its clear design language and many playful details that only become apparent at second glance. It features small side drawers and a pull-out writing surface. It is complemented with a large side pull-out compartment to display beautiful objects or books. The enameled silver handles are color-coordinated with the wood and leather.

Shoe shine case

The shoe shine case is equipped with high-quality brushes, which are also made of pearwood. It offers enough space for all needed utensils and its roll-out leather surface enables easy cleaning. If required, a base frame can be supplied as a secure footing and such becomes a piece of furniture of its own.

Collection cabinet

This piece of furniture offers a lot of storage space. Despite its simple, linear shape, the silver handles and small drawers give it a subtle elegance. The drawers have a well-thought-out interior layout that makes it easy to keep things tidy. It also features a pull-out writing surface.

American walnut sideboard

This piece of furniture is ideal for long, narrow corridors. Due to its low depth, it does not take up much space, serves as a shelf with an integrated recess for pens and slots as a card holder. The leather-covered surface can be adjusted as a book support in the slant and pushed over the entire width. There is a narrow drawer on the left. The struts made of matt brushed stainless steel give the furniture a lightness.
