This is one of Mirko Migliorini's classical concert guitar in cedar wood, handmade by the luthier in his original style.
Mirko Migliorini fell in love with lutherie when he was only 16. Driven by his strong passion, he graduated in 2002 in Milano at the Civica Scuola di Liuteria and attended many renowned luthier workshops, where he learned to build and restore guitars. Soon he was ready to create his own pieces: “I have always tried to build instruments with a personal and recognisable sound, that fulfill my personal taste and vision”, he says. Mirko's guitars are high quality instruments, from both an acoustic and an aesthetic point of view. He merges traditional and modern techniques, using innovative materials, such as Nomex which is a polymer. In addition to touching, tapping and bending the wood, Mirko uses acoustical measurement techniques such as modal analysis and frequency response functions.
