In Spain, drinking wine from a wineskin is an ancient tradition, closely linked to friends, summer afternoons in the countryside or patron saint festivals. It is a ritual that reminds Spaniards that drinking is almost as important as sharing moments with friends. The history of Las Tres ZZZ dates back to 1873 when Gregorio Pérez teamed up with the craftsman Eusebio Iglesias to make wineskins in a traditional way. In 1916, Pérez's triplets were born and he was inspired to name the brand Las Tres ZZZ (the three ZZZ) after them, paying homage to the three “zagalas” (in Spain young people are called “zagalas” and in some regions they use the term for newborns).
Since then, the brand has become the reference manufacturer in the world of wineskins. They use the best raw materials and take great care in the elaboration process, as well as in quality controls. Each wineskin is a unique object. The prestige of the brand is recognised nationally and internationally.
