Today, a company with more than 260 employees, Artisan was born as a small family workshop in the picturesque central Bosnian town of Tešanj, where generations of craftspeople conveyed their love for wood. In 2007, the Ćostović family produced their first pieces of designer furniture in collaboration with a group of Dutch designers and gained international recognition.

Since then, Artisan has worked with designers from all over the world. Talented craftspeople transform the vision of designers into unique wooden pieces which furnish homes around the world. Artisan’s works – such as the Neva chair designed by Croatian Regular Company – has won numerous international awards and sold thousands of pieces.
