Previously a fashion designer, in 2017 Anne-Mette Trolle founded her flower brand, Blooming Copenhagen, and has since opened four flower shops with her life and business partner Thomas Hübschmann. Her arrangements have been likened to the extravagant and sophisticated bouquets made in the 1900s by baroness Karen Blixen, the Danish author of Seven gothic tales and Out of Africa. Blooming Copenhagen stands out for its dramatic, artistic and adventurous flower arrangements, meticulously made using imagination and creativity.

A colourful, elegant composition for a wedding, with many different flowers arranged in a slim copper vase. The composition is thicker at the centre and develops in a radial pattern around orange buttercups, yellow parrot tulips and pink pasque flowers. Other species used are dogwood branches, mimosa, pink carnations, grevillea, poppy buds and ivy berries.
