These sunglasses made of Indian buffalo horn were inspired by the design of women’s glasses from the 1950s. They were created in October 2015 as a custom-made project.

Ludovic Lunetier is the only shop in Belgium offering bespoke handcrafted eyewear. It was founded by optician-optometrist Ludovic Elens, who spent the first ten years of his career working with and for Belgian and international upscale eyewear brands, after sharpening his skills at the Eyeglass Craftsmanship School in Morez, directed by the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France. Wanting to offer his clientele unique, perfectly fitting frames expressing the personality of the wearer, in 2015 Ludovic and his wife Vinciane decided to aim for the stars: they launched their own brand, Lunetier Ludovic, to create the perfect pair of glasses for each and every client.

These classic, colourful, panto-shaped glasses were made in 2015. Elegant, timeless in their design and made using Italian acetate, these glasses have slick black sides.

The frame of these brown glasses was made using Indian buffalo horn, while the lighter yellow arms were made using Indian cattle horn.
